The China Securities Regulatory Commission's July 2026 register of Qualified Foreign Investors includes SilverCape Investments Limited, registered in the Cayman Islands. The register records an approval date of 21 March 2026 and Bank of China as its principal custodian.
The company-supplied approval document carries reference Zheng Jian Xu Ke [2026] No. 545 and concerns Qualified Foreign Investor status. The official register provides an independent reference for the entity, approval date and qualification.
This status concerns investment in mainland China's securities and futures markets in the institution's own name using funds from outside mainland China. It is not an approval of a particular IPO project, an assurance of returns or a statement that SilverCape provides client subscription or distribution services in Hong Kong.
